I received my undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Boston College and a
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Howard University School of Law.
I was admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland in 1993. I
am also admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions:
- the District of Columbia
- the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and
- the United States Supreme Court
I have experience in presenting legal arguments before:
- the Maryland District Courts & Circuit Courts
- the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S.)
- the Board of Immigration Appeals (B.I.A.)
- the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
